On-site Registration

Registration Desk

On-site registration for the conference will take place on the third floor of the Run Run Shaw Tower. The registration counter will be between rooms 3.15 and 3.16.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please sign in and pick up your conference kit and badge at the Registration Desk upon your arrival. The Registration Desk will be open at the following times:

 

 - 4 Dec (Friday) 08:30-17:30

 - 5 Dec (Saturday) 08:30-18:00

 - 6 Dec (Sunday) 09:00-13:00

 

 

 

Conference Venue Information

The Conference will be entirely contained within the Run Run Shaw Tower, Centennial Campus, The University of Hong Kong.  The rooms are numbered sequentially by floor number (i.e., a room starting with ‘3’ indicates that it is on the third floor). The room allocations for the Conference are as follows:

 

        All ‘A’ parallel sessions: CPD-3.04

        All ‘B’ parallel sessions: Room 4.36

 

 

 

Badges

Each registered Participant will receive a name badge upon first arrival at the conference and will be requested to wear it for all conference activities.

 

 

 

Tea Breaks

Registration includes daily morning and afternoon teas which will be provided at the Tea Break Area set outside CPD-3.04. To reduce our waste and environmental impact, please consider bringing your own reusable water bottle or coffee tumbler.

 

 

 

Meals

We do not provide any meals during the conference.  A restaurant guide is available at the Information counter.

 

 

 

Information counter and Internet

Free Wi-fi is available all over the HKU campus and no registration is required.  Printing is available on an emergency basis only.  If you require printing facilities or other services, please liaise with the student volunteers or the Conference Secretariat.
