Registration Procedure
All conference presenters and attendants need to register through the on-line registration form and follow the instructions for payment of participation fee (see Fees page for prices).
DEADLINE
- Early bird fee: online from 1 July until 30 September 2015.
- Regular registration: online from 1 October until 30 November 2015.
- On-site registration: at the On-Site Registration Desk, with an extra-charge of HK$100 for administrative costs. Only cash payment will be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellations before 30 September 2015, the fee will be refunded after deduction of bank handling charges. Cancellations after this date will only receive a refund of 50% of the paid amount. No refund will be given after midnight, 4 December 2015.
REGISTRATION FORM
Payment can be made internationally through PayPal. Local payment in Hong Kong can be made via PayPal or by cheque.
